Job description
Murray Recruitment are currently seeking a skilled and proactive Project Administrator to join our client's growing projects team.

This role will provide vital support to Project Managers, from installation phase of projects to commissioning and is crucial to ensuring the seamless coordination and execution of project tasks.

Key Responsibilities
• Project Processing: Process new projects on the project management system and collate all necessary documentation.
• Work Pack Creation: Prepare comprehensive work packs for engineers, including drawings, equipment lists, and other relevant documents.
• Order Management: Raise orders for equipment, materials, and plant.
• Logistics Coordination: Schedule deliveries
• Planning: Liaise with customers to effectively plan works.
• Booking Travel & Accommodation
• Document Compilation: Compile and submit RAMs, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
• General Project Administration: Perform various administrative tasks to support the projects division, ensuring all activities are well-coordinated and documented.

Experience / Skills
• Proven experience working within project administration, ideally in a similar role.
• Excellent IT skills, with proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal.
• A team player with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Offering
• Hours Monday to Thursday – 08.00 -16.30, Friday – 08.00 -15.45 with 30mins
• Initially Full-time office-based position in Hillington during training period then after three-months hybrid working from home available on a 3-day office ,2 day home.
