As a Project Analyst you will be responsible for supporting the deployment and integration of our software solutions into the client deck. This role is ideal for individuals who have a foundational understanding of project management principles and are eager to develop their technical skills and professional competencies in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Project Scheduling: Proficient in creating and managing project timelines using project management software (e.g., Asana).
Technical Troubleshooting: Capable of addressing common technical issues during the project implementation phase.
Content Creation: Skilled in developing presentations and documents by utilizing established guidelines and templates.
Data Entry & Management: Competent in accurately entering and managing project-related data across various platforms (Dropbox, Google Drive, Asana, VRIFY Platform).
Proficiency with Standard Tools: Well-versed in using Google Suites, Dropbox, Asana, VRIFY Platform for the creation of project documents and presentations.
User Training: Able to conduct basic training sessions for clients on newly implemented systems or software.
Communication: Demonstrates clear and effective communication skills, both in writing and verbally.
Adaptability: Flexible in adjusting to new technologies, processes, and client requirements.
Problem-Solving: Creative and analytical thinker with a knack for solving implementation-related challenges.
Time Management: Efficient in managing personal time to meet tight project deadlines.
Customer Focus: Dedicated to understanding and fulfilling client needs.
Detail-Oriented: Pays meticulous attention to small details and elements within tasks and projects.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
High level of adaptability and openness to learning and development.
