Responsibilities

Prepare design concepts, architectural drawings, and working drawings for various projects
Manage project design from conceptualization to completion, ensure timely delivery of high-quality results
Develop detailed designs using GFC
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and project execution
Responsible to oversee the design and execution of the project including master plan and conceptual design
Provide technical guidance on architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations
Manage office responsibilities along with weekly site visits to ensure project progress

About Asmeeta Texpa

The project is spread in over 65 acres MIDC approved land out of which 45 acres has already been delivered and operational (Phase I) whereas the remaining 20 acres is under construction (Phase II).

Asmeeta Texpa, Maharashtra’s largest apparel park, provides manufacturing spaces that equips our clients (from the textile industry) with 360-degree ecosystem wherein a common place is provided for manufacturers and related fashion channels to interact and build network.
