Job Responsibilities:
Assist in project coordination and site visits.
Monitor site progress and report updates to the team.
Ensure all materials and resources are available on-site.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
Maintain project documentation and records.
Assist in quality checks and adherence to design specifications.
Communicate effectively with the design team and clients.
Requirements:
Background in interior design, architecture, or project management (preferred).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to visit sites regularly and manage on-site work.
Work experience should be 4 to 5 years on same or related field
Knowledge of basic documentation and report writing.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) or project management tools is a plus.
Must be proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
