Troubleshoot tech issues and make platform recommendations

Project-Based Virtual Assistant – GoHighLevel Setup Specialist ($7/Hour, Part-Time)
Are you a GoHighLevel expert who knows the platform inside and out? I’m looking for a tech-savvy virtual assistant to help me set up my GoHighLevel account and migrate my existing systems into it. This is a short-term project-based role, working together with me to build and customize the platform to meet my needs.
This is not an ongoing VA position. You must already be very familiar with GoHighLevel — if you're not highly experienced, please do not apply.
🛠 Project Overview
You’ll be helping me:
Set up GoHighLevel workflows, tags, pipelines, and automations
Migrate contacts, funnels, emails, and scheduling systems (e.g., from ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, Calendly, etc.)
Build out forms, surveys, and calendar integrations
Connect integrations (e.g., Zapier, Stripe, Gmail)
Troubleshoot tech issues and make platform recommendations
I will be working with you collaboratively — this is not a task-dumping role. You’ll be my GoHighLevel tech partner on this project.
