Your New Role:
You will be joining the team as a Project Coordinator where you will play a critical role in the ability to achieve the project goals by understanding how design & construction integrates to deliver a buildable, operable, maintainable, and sustainable data centre.
The role reports directly to the Project Director, working closely with the Project Director, broader Project team
members, in an integral role within the team and Capital Works Team to liaise, assist and coordinate project
management activities, equipment and information.
Within this role your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
Project Co-ordination of project activities, facilitating the execution of the project to an agreed purpose and parameters of cost, time, scope and risks.
Manage production and dissemination of project documentation (may include preparing presentations, status reports, risk registers, minutes/agendas etc) and/or ensure delivery of agreed external consultant
reporting.
Act as a conduit between the project team and the project stakeholders for day-to-day project activities.
Monitor external consultants and contractors to ensure work is submitted and completed on time as
agreed.
Schedule, monitor and record meetings/workshop outcomes and provide necessary facilities/equipment/ documentation.
Maintain a strong relationship with the Capital Works/project team members, client stakeholders and other internal project teams to facilitate resolution of queries & issues.
Co-ordinate activities to support financial administration activities including progress claim reviews/walkthroughs, variation administration, tracking/reporting & cost consultant deliverables.
Co-ordinate all Project Reporting (Weekly / Monthly) and issue to all relevant stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
To be suitable for this role, you must have the following:
A degree in a relevant field such as project management, engineering, architecture, or construction management.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, project coordination or contract administration, within either a PM Consultancy or Builder.
Experience within either Data Centres, Pharma or complex Healthcare.
Strong leadership skills, including the ability to lead and manage teams, delegate tasks, and make decisions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
Strong financial and budget management skills, with the ability to manage project budgets and financials.
