Are you keen to make a difference in the construction industry? We’re on the lookout for a driven Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you’ll support the successful delivery of large-scale construction projects valued at $100M and above, working closely with our project managers, contractors, and subcontractors. Your strong organisational skills and problem-solving abilities will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager with planning, scheduling, and budgeting
Coordinate efforts with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely, cost-effective project delivery
Ensure compliance with project specifications, contracts, and relevant regulations
Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including schedules, contracts, and change orders
Track progress, update milestones, and proactively address any issues to keep projects on schedule
About you:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
2–3 years of post-graduate experience in project coordination or management within the construction sector
Proven experience delivering large-scale projects valued at $100M+ ideally in the residential space
Strong organisational and time management capabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Capacity to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Proficiency with construction project management tools and software
Sound understanding of construction contracts and regulatory requirements
