Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented professional looking to grow your career in architecture & engineering (A&E)? Join our dynamic Engineering team as a Project Coordinator, A&E, where you'll play a critical role in supporting project managers, engineers, and technical teams to drive projects from conception to completion.


Location: Seattle, WA
Employment Type: Full-Time | Non-Exempt
What You will Do:

Coordinate and track A&E milestones, including structural analysis, construction drawings, and zoning reports.
Assist with project budgeting, purchase orders, and vendor management to ensure financial compliance.
Communicate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to keep projects on track.
Utilize Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, data analysis) to optimize processes and track progress.
Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
What We are Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
2+ years of experience in project coordination (preferably in A&E, construction, telecom, or engineering).
Advanced Excel skills and experience with project tracking tools.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Qualifications Preferred:

Experience in telecom, wireless infrastructure, or A&E industries.
Familiarity with structural analysis, construction drawings, and permitting processes.
Project management certification (PMP, CAPM).
Spanish fluency.
