Ideally you’ll be someone with relevant experience in a similar role with a solid understanding of design, pricing, and job management fundamentals. You’ll also have:
Proven knowledge and hands-on experience with solar energy projects exceeding 500kWp
Exceptional communication skills, both spoken and written, with a strong command on English
Proficiency in computer use and confident decision-making abilities
Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with stakeholders to ensure project success
Experience in team management and coaching, guiding team members to achieve higher standards
Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or a related field
