Role/Job Title: Project Leader

Function/ Department: Operations- Retail, Wholesale & Treasury

Job Purpose: Drive efficient data operations through strategic planning and execution as a Project Manager, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of data processes for organizational success

Roles & Responsibilities
• Preferred certification in Data Science, Experience in python, SQL, DQ tools and related tools for Large/Complex Data analysis
• You will be part of the Retail Operations - Data Operations team at IDFC First Bank. The individual will manage Data Quality Lifecycle through various stages until closure. This requires good understanding of Indian Banking industry, data sources, Regulatory Reporting and Compliance along with best practices of data definitions, mapping, process documentation, business requirement documentation etc.
• The person will coordinate, facilitate meetings, discussion for root cause analysis of issues, and role assignment for resolution and ensure tracking of SLA/TAT for timely closure of Data Quality Issues
• Should have Controls, analytics, and innovation mind-set
• The individual will also help layout the Data Quality roadmap ownership with technology teams to ensure we can capture all data quality exceptions, results and issue reporting capabilities.
• Experience with Banking domain will be preferred
• Candidate should have a sound knowledge of banking processes and implementation of projects Managing a team of 3-4 projects managers & team of consultants working on the projects
• This role involves identifying gaps in data/ process and implementing corrective measures and ensuring adequate controls are put in system or process
• Lead upfront analysis of Data Quality Issues, E2E management and exception reporting of data quality issues at various bank level applications
• Liaison between process SME, Operations, and IT team for implementing controls and corrections in Data/process
• Metrics reporting of issue progress and other critical data quality reporting to support Data Operations function. The role expects end to end ownership of all Data Operations related quality issues across banking source systems as well as downstream reporting applications
• Strong in conceptualizing ideas & converting into functional & non-functional BRD and UD documents
• Handle all Data Quality Business Rules, default profiling and identify exception reporting using tools like SAS Data Flux/Enterprise Guide

Graduation: Any Graduates.

Post-graduation: Any Postgraduates.

Experience: 10+ years of experience in Projects, Data digitization, Issue identification, Data Analysis, RPA, Intelligent automation
