Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Management Associate to support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across teams. The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination, timely execution, and high-quality project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Coordination
• Assist internal teams and partners in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocations aligned with project objectives.
• Coordinate project activities, meetings, and resources to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project charters, plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
Stakeholder Communication
• Communicate project updates, progress, and milestones through emails, reports, presentations, and meetings.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and senior management.
Risk & Issue Management
• Monitor project risks and issues, track mitigation actions, and escalate critical concerns when required.
• Support efforts to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.
Budget & Resource Tracking
• Assist in tracking project budgets, expenses, and resource utilization.
• Identify variances and support timely resolution to ensure adherence to budget constraints.
Quality Assurance
• Support project managers in conducting quality checks and reviews.
• Ensure deliverables meet defined quality standards and best practices.
Change Management
• Assist in managing changes to project scope, timelines, and requirements.
• Evaluate impact and communicate changes effectively to stakeholders.
Administrative Support
• Provide logistical support such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and coordinating communications.
Process Improvement
• Identify opportunities to improve project management processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Contribute to implementing best practices for enhanced project delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools (preferred).
• Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Attributes
• Prior internship or experience in project coordination or management.
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
