The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within an organization. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, ensuring resource allocation, and maintaining communication with key stakeholders. The Project Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Under the direction of the Project Director support execution and delivery of projects.
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and budget. Ensure smooth execution of projects by coordinating and overseeing all aspects from initiation to completion.
Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration. Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring accountability.
Identify potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and resolve issues to avoid project delays or budget overruns.
Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, changes, risks, and challenges. Ensure expectations are managed and align with organizational goals.
Manage the project budget, monitor expenses, and ensure that resources are allocated effectively. Report on financial performance and take corrective actions as needed.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, meeting notes, and status reports. Provide timely updates to project sponsors and leadership
Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required standards of quality and align with the project objectives.
Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met. Address any delays and rework schedules as necessary to meet project goals.
Maintaining a safe working environment by complying with all safety codes, guidelines, and regulations
Participate in all assigned Health and Safety training programs.
