Join our team as a Project Manager and lead impactful projects that enhance application stability, scalability, and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage scope, budgets, and schedules, oversee smooth L2 monitoring transitions, and drive testing and release delivery. Responsibilities

Leading the project with an objective to monitor and improve the stability, scalability and reliability of the application
Work with other dependent pods/squads / teams to co-ordinate delivery
Manage Scope, Schedule, budget and Quality of deliverables
Ensure application transitions for L2 monitoring are completed on time
Operational and management reporting for the project
Managing project metrics and risk management
Ensuring software release management and testing delivery
Requirements

Should be able to work in a multi-vendor environment
Agile thinking and agility in goals achievement
Must have excellent communication skill
Should have excellent stakeholder management, change management, problem solving and analytical skills
Must have skills in Operational & Management reporting, Project metrics, Risk Management, Software Release Management, and Testing Delivery
Expected seniority levels of B2, B3
Preferred retail operations knowledge
Preferred location in Canada
