Job Overview: We are looking for a Sales Project Manager responsible to join our ranks and continue our tradition of success. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and a proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives. You will have to optimize productivity and nurture program success from inception to completion.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Strategize, execute, and facilitate the project end-to-end
• Creating product/program frameworks from scratch
• Responsible for country level launch of the project
• Managing sales teams, product managers and sales pipelines
• Planning and managing training programs related to the project
• Providing Guidance to Marketing Department by evaluating and developing marketing strategies, planning and coordination.
• Organizing product conferences, trade shows & major events.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED SKILLS
• MBA or any other related field
• 5+ years of managing a team with proven track record
• Experience with financial and incentive management
• Effective communication skills
• Previous experience in Education domain is preferred but not mandatory
• Experience Working in Edtech Company, Lab Products, Robotics
• Outstanding problem solver, ability to think creatively
• Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points
• Proven track record of setting challenging objectives and achieving ambitious goals
• High level of integrity, autonomy and self-motivation
• Structured problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience in marketing and running a marketing team.
• Proven ability to manage budgets.
• Professional and proactive work ethic.
• Hands on with SEM, Email, Retention, SEO and Social Media marketing and Content Marketing.
• Candidate age should not be more than 40 years.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹650,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
