Project Manager

Purpose of the Role

Project Manager is responsible for definition and driving project delivery.They take the

accountability for the project(s) lifecycle to deliver sustainable customer and organization

outcomes, while ensuring project governance, risk, resources,budgets are managed effectively.

Accountabilities of Project Manager

● Focuses on delivering Customer value in line to BluePi preferred methodology in

partnership with various stakeholders.

● Identifies and manages the processes/governance for the project(s).

● Ensures the delivery of customer value through project(s) outcomes and services meet

the customer objectives as per the agreed roadmap.services meet

● Works on teams capability and skill development in line to project roadmap and people

career plan.

● Builds,manages and maintains a positive working relationship with senior stakeholders

across multiple team(s) internal / external.

● Takes ownership for all project(s) plans/controls and resource plans, progress reporting

on plans/controls in line with the requirements and keeps constant focus.

● Isaccountable for project level RAID.

● Tracks and reports on project costs/billing and ensure project(s) is completed within

agreed budget.

● Display behavior in line to organization purpose and values.

● By promoting servant leadership qualities manage the needs of the team, ensuring all

people processes and policies are adhered to eg. performance management,absence &

leave etc.

● Complete all mandatory training/accreditations as applicable to your role and ensure

your team have completed as required.

● Proactive identification and effective management and or escalation of conduct risk to

deliver key project outcomes.

● Owning, managing and supervising within a defined risk appetite the risk which exists in

the project.

Knowledge and Experience

● Knowledge and experience of managing project(s), delivery practices.

● Hands-on experience in setting up projects and governance for projects in Agile/DevOps

environment.

● Knowledge and hands on experience of managing project costs, estimation and

planning.

● Managing project and team’s productivity and ensuring adherence to project and

organization metrics.

● Experience in people management, coaching and mentoring nurturing the talent for the

future.

● Experience in handling people performance and feedback management.

● A very capable communicator with ability to communicate project / technical concepts to

your peers and management level colleagues with good collaboration and stakeholder

management skills
