We’re seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead tax-related client projects in a fast-paced environment. You’ll collaborate with blue-chip clients to deliver on their strategic initiatives and play a pivotal role in coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Job Description
What U will do:

Lead a client implementation team to deliver tax product-related projects (internal and/or client-funded) using Agile methodologies.
Collaborate with clients to ensure design plans are met, delivery schedules are effectively planned, and implementation milestones are achieved.
Manage project schedules to ensure timely completion of necessary phases according to the project plan.
Work closely with the Product Manager to monitor the product backlog, ensuring alignment with designs and budgets, and with the Technology Scrum Master to achieve the delivery timeline.
Prepare project budgets, monitor financials, and obtain necessary approvals.
Effectively manage project issues, risks, dependencies, and scope changes.
What U will bring:

Experience: Over 5 years of experience as a client-facing Project Manager, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects in a fast-paced environment.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in wealth management, with a preference for expertise in tax, superannuation, and investment trusts.
Project Management Skills: Proficiency in Agile methodologies and a deep understanding of the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
Leadership Abilities: Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and alignment towards common goals.
Client Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with blue-chip clients, ensuring their strategic initiatives are met.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse complex project requirements, identify potential risks, and develop effective mitigation strategies.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate project plans, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.
Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive approach to identifying and resolving project issues, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
Financial Acumen: Experience in preparing and managing project budgets, monitoring financials, and obtaining necessary approvals.
