Base Salary $121,508 - $137,032 (pro-rata) + 17% superannuation

About the opportunity


InsideOut Institute is Australia's national lead institute for research and clinical excellence in eating disorders. If you are passionate about whole of health change and reform in the treatment and care of a person with an eating disorder, then join our team and be involved in transforming systems and supporting high quality care.

We are looking for an experienced clinician with project management skills to join our State team. This role is central to supporting the implementation of the NSW Service Plan for people with an eating disorder 2021-2025 and will contribute to statewide workforce development, guideline development and systems of support for clinicians across NSW Health.

Your key responsibilities will be to:


develop effective and efficient management of strategic projects within the agreed timeframes, budget, quality and resources to deliver the organisation's objectives
provide ongoing advice and guidance to local teams across NSW around the project management, implementation and reporting requirements for key strategic projects
travel requirements across NSW to support clinicians through upskilling and training

About you



postgraduate qualification in relevant field e.g Psychology
APHRA Registration where relevant
extensive experience in the field of eating disorder and experience working with people with eating disorder will be advantageous
demonstrated strong negotiation and influencing skills
excellent planning, organizational and project management skills
experience managing multiple diverse internal and external stakeholders
experience managing budget and expenditure.
valid NSW driver license for travel is desirable.
