Responsibilities
The Project Manager is a digital marketing and creative services project management expert who works cross-channel with internal teams to manage omnichannel digital marketing projects
The Project Manager is a creative analytical person, who is organized, and enthusiastic about analytics, reporting, quality assurance, and the creative process
The primary role of the Omnichannel Project Manager is to ensure that the agency provides work that is on-time and on-budget and aligns with our strategic vision and surpasses client expectations
Manage assignment project across at least $200k in MRR at once
Support the account services department and collaborate with internal marketing teams in developing and maintaining projects and deliverablesCoordinate with internal and external clients on project meetings
Organize with Strategists and Account Managers to create and maintain client call agendas
Send call agendas and call follow up notes with action items before and after client meetings
Organized and maintain client agendas in Slack, Monday.com, and Google drive
Send weekly cross-channel updates to clients
Manage and review client projects on Monday.com
Review all items several time a week on Monday.comClose complete items
Follow up with internal teams on items that are behind
Partner with the Marketing Strategist on overall project fulfillment and ensure projects are progressing on time and on budget
Internal Lead Stakeholder
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the client's projects are fully realized by coordinating, collaborating with multiple teams, identifying, and solving the client's business and/or creative problems through project management
Communicate with internal and client teams effectively to ensure expectations are set and all deliverables are met on schedule
This includes sending reminders and follow up communications to teams
