Job Title: AGM - Interior
Location: Malad, Mumbai
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Experience & Qualification

Minimum 6 years in Civil/Government Projects
Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering/Architecture (Postgraduate preferred)

Job Summary

The AGM will oversee project execution, business development, and profitability. Responsibilities include team leadership, strategy implementation, and ensuring project completion with a minimum 15% profit margin.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning (20%): Set execution strategies, align teams with company goals, and drive profitability.
Project Execution (45%): Manage client relationships, ensure timely completion, monitor payments, and onboard the right talent.
Team & Operations Management (30%): Review project outcomes, improve team performance, and establish efficient communication.
Other Tasks (5%): Handle multitasking and monitor performance through MIS reports.
Skills Required

Attitudinal: Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Functional: Technical expertise, negotiation, strategic planning, and knowledge of project execution & HR.
