Job description
We are currently working with a leading manufacturer of injection molding and medical devices in Litchfield County, CT, and looking for a Manufacturing Program Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of manufacturing programs, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, developing program plans, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes and outcomes.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in program or project management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality management, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) or Lean Six Sigma.
• Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements specific to the industry (e.g., ISO, FDA).

This is an on-site position.

Relocation is available.

The salary range is $+0-100k DOE
