We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our projects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Construction Management and the ability to execute complex projects while handling multiple stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:
• Executing projects on time and within scope.
• Handling external stakeholders effectively.
• Appraising management time regularly.
• Executing large-scale residential projects.
• Staying up-to-date with new construction technologies.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have strong relationships with designers, architects, and project teams.

Experience working with local regulations, such as SRA norms, is also essential.

A strong understanding of project management principles and practices is required.
