Job Responsibility-
To support the global Workplace team with a range of projects, management of service providers, service level agreements/performance measurements and the provision of requested management information as required.
• Collate and produce management information, KPI’s, reports and presentations
• To be proactive and provide innovative ideas and solutions enabling service improvements throughout the Workplace function
• To strive for best value and cost-effective solutions relating to the provision of the Workplace delivery model including that of the outsourced service partners
• To assist with the creation of policies and procedures and take ownership of ensuring these are kept up to date
• Support the team with OPEX/CAPEX, budgets, reports, and service delivery.
• Adhoc support when required by the team.
Candidate Requirements:
• Excellent Presentation (Infographics) and Communication Skills
• Knowledge of Analytics and BI is must.
• Experience in a similar role
• Fully proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proficient at report writing, creating, and presenting presentations.
• Knowledge of CAFM
• Able to manage a diverse workload and prioritise accordingly with high a level of initiative and commitment to meeting goals
• Experience of supporting a business contract and/or providing support to a professional function.
