About the Role
In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for preparing complex matters for prosecution, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and advocating in court. As a Senior Legal Officer, you will play a critical role in upholding the rule of law and promoting justice.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare complex matters for prosecution, including appeals and sentencing submissions
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, including defence counsel, solicitors, police officers, victims, and witnesses
- Appear as an advocate in various courts, including the District Court, Magistrates Court, and higher courts
- Liaise with complainants and relatives in prosecutions, focusing on sensitive matters such as ****** and violent offences
- Supervise and lead legal officers and support staff in delivering high-quality legal services
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance work practices and outcomes
