Marketing Manager: Based out of our London office with part work from home.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team within a world-leading Operations Strategy Consultancy and to own the external Proudfoot brand across all channels. This role offers a step-up opportunity for someone keen to advance their marketing career in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. The ideal candidate will have a track record of delivering results, often within tight deadlines, and possess experience in consultancy or similar fast-moving sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign Management: Plan and deliver a variety of communications and campaign initiatives. Oversee the end-to-end development of marketing initiatives from ideation to execution, measurement, and reporting. Track marketing analytics and be able to effectively communicate campaign performance and key performance indicators
• Content Creation: Manage the production of marketing materials (both physical and digital), create and design compelling content that ensures brand consistency and compliance with industry regulations
• Brand Ownership: Generate innovative ideas to promote the brand and increase online presence with a comprehensive multi-pronged approach, in line with brand messaging and design. Maintain and optimize the website and SEO
• Brand Consistency: Ensure marketing efforts align and deliver a brand image that communicates our messaging and values
• Skills and Experience:
• Experience: Prior experience in marketing in Consulting or in an agency servicing consulting or professional services firms
• Communication: Excellent and diligent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Creative Thinking: Innovative mindset with the ability to generate buzz around products internally and externally
Additional Responsibilities:
• Work to deliver a content plan quarterly and yearly across various media
• Conduct in-depth research to support our teams' communications and media output
• Set specific marketing goals that align with overall business direction
• Track and measure marketing outcomes including activities, response, leads, sales, and ROI
• Use feedback to ensure satisfaction and brand alignment
Qualifications:
• BA or MA in Marketing or related
• Proven experience in demand generation and multi-channel B2B campaigns
• Familiarity with social media strategies, both paid and organic
