Roles and Responsibility
**The Purpose**:
Responsible for studying requirements from users, discussing, co-ordinate & understanding the requirement.
- Making RFQ, collecting quotations, preparing comparative statements
- Handling negotiations & Making PO
- Have seamless communication with all internal stakeholders like users, stores & Finance
- Prepare monthly MIS reports
- Follow all SOP with complete compliance
**Activities -**
Understand the purchase process. Manage daily PR-PO process with ease in Oracle within expected TAT (Turn Around Time)
- Should have knowledge & experience in coordinating with vendors & stakeholders
- Strong techno-commercial knowledge in mechanical & electrical components
- Procurement knowledge of MRO spares from PAN India vendors
- Knowledge of building costing of spares & services
- Should be able to finalize vendors based on QCD (Quality - Cost - Delivery) analysis
- Supplier selection & onboarding
- Knowledge of taxation (GST) & Logistics
- Reports & Presentation - MIS & other reports
**Knowledge / Skills**:
Should have sound techno-commercial knowledge on MRO spares (Mechanical, Utility & Electrical), operation consumables & hygiene items- Oracle PR-PO process- Ariba RFQ, Contract management & SLPM- Proficient in MS Excel & PPT.**Educational Requirements**
