Serve as the liaison in negotiations between their company and suppliers.Assess vendors, negotiate new deals and renegotiate expiring contracts, and place orders for products and services.Coordinating purchasing activities with other departments within the company to ensure consistency in approach, terminology, and implementation.Preparing purchase orders for all materials, equipment, and other items needed for the company’s production processMaintain daily inventory reconciliations.Track and report material backorders from vendors.Analyse data and forecast requirements with vendors.Update Stock PositionHandle Logistic and Stores of the company.
