Purchase executive
 Job Responsibility:
1.Local sourcing for organic molecule building blocks, fine chemicals, specialty chemicals as per inquiries daily updated in ERP.
2.Developing and approaching new suppliers on daily basis and collecting catalogues from different suppliers, creating profile for new suppliers in ERP.
3.Identification and qualification of new vendors including evaluating their plant capacity and technical capabilities,catalogue products. 4.Establishing and maintaining business relationship with regular suppliers. 5.Monitoring market dynamics for products which are regularly purchased. 6.Negotiation with the vendors for price, and payment terms, sustainable supply. 7.Follow up with suppliers for on-time delivery of orders. 8.Other work assigned.
Job requirement:
1.3 years+ sourcing experiences in medicinal chemical industry. 2.Medicinal chemistry background is preferred. 3.Chemical sourcing experience in CRO / CDMO business is preferred 4.Excellent communication and negotiation skill.
