About the job:
A purchase executive's role is to take full control of purchase activities, handle logistics end to end, and prepare and manage documentation for purchases, imports, and exports. It includes visiting vendors and customs & clearing agent facilities as & when required. The role includes traveling & communicating with vendors even on holidays.
Key responsibilities:
a. Purchase Order Register (POR):
1. Preparing & issuing POs
2. Following up for material receipt & payments
3. POR register update & summary
b. Vendor Registration Register (VRR):
1. Vendor identification & registration
2. Vendor KYC
c. Logistics Order Register (LOR):
1. Preparing & issuing LPOs
2. Tracking receipt & delivery
3. LOR register update & summary
d. Cover Responsibilities:
1. Vendor ledger reconciliation
2. MIS data
