JOB DESCRIPTION: -

-Preparing Domestic Purchase order.

-Sending PO to subsequent suppliers for fulfilling our material requirement.

-Making Domestic Open Purchase Order Status report.

-Maintaining Import Documentation.

-Making Letter of Guarantee.

-Making E-way bills (Sometimes).

-Filling Insurance and Aluminium Foil Certificate.

-Taking Follow up from Warehouse regarding upcoming material.

-Checking MRN (Material Receipt Note) from official Documents.

-Checking Documents with Generating PO. Like Price, Product Name, Price and HSN importantly.

-Making GRPO and batch report in SAP.

-Scanned documents and uploaded in SAP while making GRPO.
