We are seeking a creative and adaptable Python developer with a passion for artificial intelligence to join our team developing an AI-powered coding assistant. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who can rapidly experiment with cutting-edge AI tools and technologies, identifying innovative ways to enhance our solution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Rapidly prototype and implement new AI models and tools in Python
• Conduct experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of various AI technologies for code assistance
• Integrate promising AI capabilities into our existing coding assistant platform
• Optimize AI model performance and efficiency for real-time code suggestions
• Collaborate with the team to design and implement new features based on AI capabilities
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and machine learning, particularly in the field of code generation and analysis
• Document findings, best practices, and implementation details for team knowledge sharing

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Python programming
• Experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
• Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) concepts and techniques
• Knowledge of software development best practices and version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with large language models (e.g., GPT, BERT, CodeBERT)
• Knowledge of multiple programming languages and paradigms
