Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Python development
Deep understanding of Python’s core features, libraries, and frameworks
Experience in creating technical assessments, coding challenges, and interview questions
Strong communication skills to conduct interviews and provide clear feedback
Experience in evaluating developers through coding tests and live interviews
Ability to assess both beginner and advanced-level Python developers
Familiarity with popular coding interview platforms (e.g., HackerRank, Codility) could be an added advantage


Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled Python Subject Matter Expert (SME) to create technical assessments and conduct interviews for evaluating candidates' Python skills
The assessments should cover various topics, including core Python, algorithms, data structures, and advanced Python concepts
Develop coding assessments (both multiple-choice questions and hands-on coding challenges)
Create interview questions that assess both theoretical knowledge and practical coding skills
Conduct live technical interviews with candidates via video call, evaluating their Python programming skills and approach to problem-solving
Provide detailed feedback on candidates’ performance and recommend action steps
Ensure assessments and interviews reflect real-world scenarios and test comprehensive knowledge of Python
