We're seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Technician to join our Stapylton site and report to the Quality Manager. This is a practical, floor-connected role where you'll play a key part in protecting product quality and customer trust.

About the role

You'll support the Quality Management System while performing lab testing and operational quality activities. You'll work closely with production teams and be actively involved on the floor - this is not a desk-bound QA job.


Your work directly supports food safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.


Key responsibilities

Maintain and support the Quality Management System
Assist with HACCP, audits, document control and NCR processes
Conduct microbial, chemical and raw material testing
Maintain lab equipment and documentation
Investigate complaints and support corrective actions
Validate production quality processes
Promote food safety and workplace safety standards
About you

3-5 years QA experience in FMCG or food manufacturing
Strong understanding of HACCP and quality systems
Experience with audits and non-conformance processes
Good Excel and Word skills
Clear communication and teamwork skills
Calm, organised and reliable in a fast-paced environment
