We're looking for a QA and Test Automation Engineer Lead to join our IT team, playing a pivotal role in our testing and release strategy for digital projects and BAU operations.


In this role you will:

Lead and execute testing strategies across manual and automated test environments (Cypress/TOSCA).
Build and maintain automation frameworks and CI/CD testing pipelines.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless and high-quality releases.
Drive continuous improvement in the QA space, contributing to our Testing Centre of Excellence.
Lead efforts to reduce manual testing through innovative automation and tooling.
Provide regular updates on progress, key risks, and improvement opportunities.
What you bring to the role

5-7 years of QA/test automation experience in corporate or startup environments.
Proficient with JavaScript/TypeScript, Cypress (preferred), TOSCA, GitHub Actions, SQL.
Previous leadership experience or a strong desire to lead QA efforts.
Strong analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.
Degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field (preferred).
