Job Overview: The Senior Associate, Web Analytics will be responsible for auditing and optimizing Adobe implementation across Cvent properties, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing website traffic to derive actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: Adobe Implementation Auditing and Optimization: - Conduct thorough audits of Adobe implementation across Cvent properties. - Optimize Adobe configurations to ensure accurate and efficient data collection. Cross-functional Collaboration: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, IT, and Product Management, to ensure accurate data collection and reporting. - Provide expertise on web analytics best practices to enhance overall data quality. Traffic Analysis and User Behavior Insights: - Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions. - Utilize web analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators. Dashboard Creation and Maintenance: - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics. - Present findings to stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights. Continuous Learning and Industry Awareness: - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in web analytics tools and techniques. - Implement best practices and recommend improvements based on emerging technologies. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Analytics, or a related field. - 2-3 years of experience in web analytics, with a focus on Adobe Analytics. - Strong expertise in auditing and optimizing Adobe implementations. - Proficient in creating and maintaining dashboards using analytics tools. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
