Job Title: Programmatic OpenRTB/ADX/SSP Technical Lead
Location: Remote First(India-based, Bengaluru preferred)
Employment Type: Full-time or Contract (engaged via Deel)
Compensation & Benefits:
1. Monthly Base Pay: depending on experience, paid via Deel
2. Performance Bonuses: Milestone- or performance-based bonuses (e.g., key integrations or performance targets)
3. Annual Leave: 20 working days paid leave per year (pro-rated) + local public holidays
4. Remote Work: Fully remote with reasonable overlap hours; occasional travel budget if needed
5. Equipment & Wellness: Home office stipend (e.g., laptop/Internet), health insurance or reimbursement, learning & development budget
6. Contract & Compliance: Engagement and payroll handled via Deel (or local EOR) for smooth invoicing and compliance

Role Overview:
We are seeking a versatile and experienced Programmatic Ad Sales Manager to lead our demand-side expansion across performance marketing, CTV, mobile apps, and brand buyers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced global environment and can close high-impact deals across channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and close deals with DSPs, trading desks, agencies, and direct advertisers across verticals: performance, CTV, mobile, and brand
2. Lead demand strategy in APAC and global markets, with a strong focus on scalability and ROI
3. Collaborate with product and Ad Ops teams to align partner requirements with delivery performance
4. Build strategic account plans and long-term growth relationships
Requirements:
1. 3+ years in programmatic ad sales, preferably covering more than one of: Performance, CTV, Mobile, or Brand
2. Deep knowledge of RTB, OpenRTB, header bidding, SSP/DSP platforms, and campaign KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CPM, VCR)
3. Strong communication and client management skills, comfortable with both technical and business stakeholders
4. English fluency a must; additional language skills a plus
