Are you a driven professional with expertise in quality and risk management? Join our Network & Infrastructure (N&I) team at an exciting time as we implement risk-based audit schedules, introduce assurance mapping, and play a critical role in the successful introduction of a new risk management system.
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Quality and Risk Coordinator to join our Network & Infrastructure (N&I) Division. In this key role, you will ensure our quality program aligns with AS/NZS ISO +001, manage our risk program in line with AS/NZS ISO 31000Your responsibilities will include coordinating quality audit schedules conducting audits, facilitating risk assessment workshops, and drive the consistent application of and continuous improvement within PTA’s Risk Management Framework.
As a Quality and Risk Coordinator, you will identify and participate in business improvement projects, provide compliance reports to Management, and provide expert advice on quality and risk requirements to support and enhance the Division in maintaining our commitment to safety, quality, and innovation in public transport.
About You!
To excel in this role, you should possess:
Relevant tertiary qualifications (or significant progress towards) with strong expertise in quality and risk management principles.
Knowledge of safety principles in Workplace Health & Safety and Rail Safety, with proven experience in auditing quality and safety management systems.
Well-developed communication skills for fostering teamwork and stakeholder rapport, along with experience in data analysis and reporting.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and practical experience with risk management systems.
