Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Call Quality Analyst at Star Health and Allied Insurance Co. Ltd. located in Chennai. As a Call Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, monitoring, and evaluating the quality of calls to ensure adherence to company standards. You will provide feedback and coaching to customer service representatives to improve call quality and customer satisfaction. Qualifications • call auditing, and Quality Assurance • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Experience in quality management • Attention to detail and ability to identify patterns and trends • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
