About the role:

As our Quality and Compliance Manager for our RAPM (Responsive and Programmed Maintenance) contract at Ventia you will play a critical role in our ability to deliver and support Homes NSW with property and tenancy management services that ensure public housing assets are well-maintained, and tenants enjoy a high quality of accommodation and housing.

You will lead strategic initiatives to enhance performance outcomes, ensure compliance and manage risks within a high-volume property maintenance environment. This involves leading contract objectives through comprehensive internal audits, overseeing the customer audit process, managing and monitoring accreditation activities.

Based at our Parramatta office we offer a flexible work atmosphere splitting your time in the office, on site and work from home.

What you’ll be doing:
Lead and foster a culture of continuous improvement working with the contract leadership team to deliver and ensure contractual quality KPIs are being monitored and managed effectively.
Develop, implement and maintain quality improvement plans and procedures that allow stakeholder to meet client and industry standards.
Govern contract quality improvement initiatives across all team functions facilitating vendor audits in collaboration with commercial and performance team.
Lead investigations root cause analysis on quality related incidents and development of QI action plans.
Maintain contract and organisation regulatory compliance in line with best practice, corporate and external requirements.
Review audit processes, documented procedures and schedules to ensure targets are met and opportunities and risks are identified.


About you:
Demonstrated experience in quality and compliance management. (Formal qualifications and accreditations would be highly regarded)
Experience in client facing role ideally within a government or similar environment .
Well-developed exposure to managing governance frameworks, auditing and compliance activity.
Passionate about continuous improvement and safety, able to navigate a fast-paced complex business environment.
Excellent communication skills written and verbal with the ability to lead a small team positively contributing to a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.
