Role Responsibilities:

· Set up quality management system

· Establish Quality manual and build Quality culture in company

· Establish and ensure incoming material Inpection, in process and outgoing quality standards procedures.

· Responsible for setup and implement required systems and processes to total product quality.

· Responsible for setup and achieve the required certifications for Factory and Product

· Responsible for service, warranty standards for product

· Vendor Quality assessment programme

· Ensure Quality from suppliers through audits.

· Develop suppliers for competitive advantages to company products

· Coach and development organization with a Quality mindset

· Strong knowledge of calibration and ability to read drawings

· Proficiency with precision measuring tools

Requirements:

· Minimum degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering, industrial management, safety, or quality-related discipline

· Minimum of 7+ years of Quality experience

· Experience in supplier management, Quality deployment, and service for customers and consumer

· Sound knowledge in Quality management system ISO+000, ISO14000, TS 16+4+, OSHSA 18000, TS16+4+, QS+000, TL+000. Preferred.

· Experience in Customer service development programs.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

· Meticulous and Detailed

· Excellent time management skills with a proven record of meeting deadlines

· People-oriented

· Independent team player with the ability to multi-task

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
