What you offer:

Oversees monitoring and testing of products for food safety and quality.
Conduct daily checks on production lines to ensure CCPs and QCPs
Provide support in External and Internal audits.
Conduct daily GMP audits, Glass/Plastic and internal audits.
Assist in closing out audit on non-conformance reports.
Maintain site document control and procedures.
Continuously verify the level of training of all staff in in relation to quality and safety.
Investigate Non-conformances and root-cause analysis.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in quality / food safety.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Flexibility to work the morning shift from 6am to 3pm, pre-op, and one Saturday per month.
