Position Overview: The Quality Team Leader for the Outbound Sales Process in a BPO company is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance functions within the sales team. This role ensures that all sales activities meet the company's standards for excellence and compliance, aiming to optimize performance and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Quality Monitoring: Conduct regular quality assessments of sales calls and interactions. Identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards. Team Leadership: Lead and manage the quality assurance team. Provide training, guidance, and support to team members. Performance Analysis: Analyse sales data and quality metrics to identify trends and issues. Report findings and recommend corrective actions to improve sales quality. Process Improvement: Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives. Collaborate with the sales team to enhance processes and strategies. Compliance and Standards: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and client requirements. Update and maintain quality assurance documentation and guidelines
