Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records
Teach the production team about quality control concerns to improve product excellence
Supervise the production process
Resolve quality-related issues in a timely and effective manner
Manage and oversee the Material Review Board (MRB) process
Perform root cause analysis for product/process non-conformance and implement corrective actions
Prepare First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR) and ensure they are completed and documented correctly
Maintain and control quality documentation

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Quality Technician for a permanent position within our dynamic engineering team. This role is critical to maintaining the high standards of our products and ensuring customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all products meet the established standards of quality including reliability, usability, and performance. Responsibilities
