Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quick Commerce Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, or Dunzo. In this role, you will manage inventory, order fulfillment, customer interactions, promotions, and logistics to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities & Duties:
· Manage real-time inventory updates and order fulfillment across platforms.
· Oversee consignment creation, shipment tracking, and resolve delivery-related issues.
· Analyze sales data and track performance metrics.
· Handle promotions, discounts, and collaborate with marketing teams.
· Ensure product quality, manage returns, and maintain platform compliance.
Qualifications:
• Graduation or Post Graduation.
• More than 1 Year of Experience of Same Field.
• Good Computer Knowledge.
• Good English writing and speaking.
Salary:
CTC 2.40 Lakh-4.00 Lakh per Annum.
