We’re looking for a customer focused and analytical Customer Success & Technical Manager.

Your role here
In your role of Customer Success & Technical Manager, you'll combine strong relationship management with technical knowledge to ensure our customers get the most value from our products and services.
Your experience and background
Shown experience in customer success, technical account management, and/or quality management within a manufacturing or packaging environment.
Understanding of quality assurance principles, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement processes.
Experience developing and implementing customer quality programs and running customer audits or certifications.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve customer complaints using structured problem-solving methods.
Skilled in building and maintaining vendor partnerships, including qualification and requalification of suppliers.
Experience leading cross-functional teams to address quality issues, improve performance, and drive collaboration between customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Knowledge of regulatory standards and quality documentation practices.
Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage directly with customers on performance goals and improvement initiatives.
Background in technical support or production line troubleshooting, ideally with exposure to packaging, plastics, or manufacturing processes.
Ability to train and mentor team members on quality systems, procedures, and best practices.
Demonstrated success in identifying critical initiatives that improve customer value and optimize internal resources.
High School Diploma/GED and 8-10 years of experience within technical environment in packaging industry preferred.
