Job description
As a member of the Business Systems team under the VP of Business Systems, the Sr Enterprise Business Systems Architect will play a key role in supporting the company's core systems. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, Accounting, Distribution, and Manufacturing support ongoing system development and integrations.

Essential Functions
• Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions using Infor LN and other web development technologies like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for system enhancements and modifications.
• Lead the development and success of end-to-end data pipelines, from data collection to customer-facing experiences.
• Integrate Infor LN with other systems, ensuring seamless operation across platforms.
• Design and model databases, tables, views, and stored procedures to support ongoing Business Intelligence
• Take a hands-on approach to troubleshooting complex process, functional and application issues and manage these through to resolution.
• Be a leader and provide design suggestions to the most complex problems faced by the team by sharing your deep software engineering knowledge and experience.
• Continuously monitor and enhance existing software applications, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing necessary updates.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions and best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (Infor CloudSuite, Oracle, SAP NetSuite ect).
• Hands-on experience with INFOR CloudSuite ERP development tools.
• Ability to navigate, manage, and connect platforms using REST/SOAP API’s and other data connection points.
• Love technology and be self-motivated to continuously learn and implement new tools and solutions.
• Analytical and solution-minded and takes initiative without direction.
• Critical thinking, problem-solving techniques, decision-making skills, and a proactive approach.
• Strong customer service skills to work with users at all levels of technical aptitude.

Education/Certifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.

Experience
• 10+ years of prior "hands-on" experience developing custom solutions within the ERP LN framework.
• 10+ years of web development using JavaScript, HTML, and other web framework tools.

Physical Requirements
• Constantly required to sit, and to reach to use computers and other office equipment

Security Clearance
• Ability to obtain/maintain a Secret DoD clearance, U.S. Citizenship required.
