Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the RancheHouse Events Specialists team, fostering a culture of service excellence.
Coordinate event setups and takedowns, ensuring every detail aligns with client expectations.
Manage facility readiness, keeping the venue pristine, organized, and set for every occasion.
Provide top-tier customer service, acting as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and guests.
Oversee inventory and supply management, keeping event materials stocked and ready to go.
Ensure health and safety compliance, training team members on protocols and emergency response.
Actively participate in venue operations, jumping in alongside your team to make every event shine.

Qualifications & Skills
3-5 years of experience in hospitality, event management, or facility operations.
Experience in leading and inspiring teams.
A strong background in event logistics, setup, and customer service.
Ability to think on your feet and resolve challenges with confidence.
Talent for balancing multiple priorities in a high-energy environment.
Familiarity with A/V systems, facility management software, and security procedures.
A natural ability to collaborate with clients, staff, and leadership.
