What you’ll do

Your key accountabilities will include
• Create and execute maintenance of ‘best in town’ category planograms, ensuring that they are updated to agreed critical path and display & operational principles
• Analyse product and store inventory data to determine the best attribution of micro space, to optimise operational efficiency and shelf fill
• Manage product attributes and customer decision trees to support execution of relevant displays & ranges
• Provide display related management information such as shelf efficiency, product ‘look and feel’, ease of shop, customer blocking, and provide recommendations for potential enhancements to provide oversight of the product end to end
• Play a key role in managing the display strategy with Buyers and NPD, making recommendations in line with display principles, as well as defining product attributes.
• Conduct M&S & competitor store visits regularly to review implementation of displays, gain store feedback and to identify potential improvements and opportunities.

Who you are

Your skills and experience will include
• Excellent project management
• Food category & customer knowledge to ensure focussed displays
• Excellent analysis and problem solving
• Detailed knowledge of the Space Range & Display processes and critical paths
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Microsoft Excel & Power BI
• Food Analytics Query Tool (Business Objects)
• JDA Suite Including – Space Planning, Assortment Optimization & Intactix Knowledge Database
