Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and creative social media manager with over 3 years of leadership experience in social media strategy, SEO, SMM, and digital marketing.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing end-to-end social media campaigns, creating engaging content, and leveraging data insights to optimize performance.
You will play a key role in expanding our brand's presence across various social media platforms, driving engagement, and maximizing ROI.
The candidate should be a proactive leader with a passion for digital marketing, creativity, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Oversee daily operations of social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to ensure consistent brand messaging and optimal community engagement.
Implement social media content calendars aligned with business goals, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
Monitor social media trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging platforms to ensure our strategies stay ahead of industry shifts.
SEO & SMM Expertise:
Apply SEO best practices to optimize social media content, ensuring increased visibility, reach, and organic search rankings.
Create and manage paid social media advertising campaigns (SMM) to grow audience engagement, drive traffic, and achieve lead generation or sales targets.
Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure alignment between social media, web content, and search optimization efforts.
Analyze and report on key metrics (engagement, impressions, clicks, etc.) to measure the effectiveness of SEO and SMM efforts, continuously optimizing for better results.
Creative Content Creation & Branding:
Lead the creation of high-quality, creative content for social media platforms, including graphics, videos, blogs, and interactive posts.
Collaborate with in-house designers, copywriters, and videographers to ensure content is visually compelling and aligns with brand guidelines.
Develop unique, engaging, and on-brand content that speaks to target audiences, encouraging interaction, sharing, and brand advocacy.
Evaluate consistency of the brand voice, tone, and messaging across all social media channels and marketing materials.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
Manage and mentor a team of social media specialists, content creators, and other digital marketing professionals.
Provide clear direction and feedback to team members, fostering an environment of creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
Work closely with the digital marketing, PR, and influencer teams to integrate social media strategies into broader marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with the customer service team to manage and respond to social media inquiries and feedback, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Analytics & Reporting:
Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, Social Media Insights, Sprout Social, etc.) to track campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports outlining key performance metrics, growth insights, and recommendations for improvement.
Continuously test and optimize content and ad strategies to improve engagement, increase conversions, and lower acquisition costs.
Brand Advocacy & Community Engagement:
Create relationships with online communities, influencers, and brand ambassadors to strengthen brand loyalty and drive organic growth.
Develop strategies to increase engagement through user-generated content, contests, and influencer partnerships.
Monitor and address customer sentiment, ensuring the brand maintains a positive reputation on social media.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, and content creation, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Expertise in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, etc.), social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.), and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
Solid understanding of SEO principles and social media marketing (SMM), including paid campaigns and content optimization.
Proven track record of increasing social media engagement, growing followers, and achieving measurable KPIs.
Strong creative skills with experience in content creation, design, and brand building.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and an ability to tailor messages to various audiences.
Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to inspire and guide a team to success.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of graphic design software (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) is a plus.
Experience with influencer marketing and partnership management.
Familiarity with email marketing and CRM platforms.
Experience with video production and editing for social media platforms.
