About Collections and Underwriting Department:
The Collection and Underwriting department focuses on the collection of the bank’s various loan products like Home Loans, Car Loans, and Personal Loans among others. While Underwriting department focuses on risk mitigation towards the loan offered to the customers. The department is key for the Loans business vertical as it is responsible for controlling and ensuring timely EMI collection and maintaining risk of the business
About the Role:
The Front End Collections role involves 2 major activities i.e. Resolution and Normalization and Strategic Initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieving Calling Resolution target for X and 30 buckets for all products
• Adhering to Calling Norm targets for all products
• Achieving Over All Resolution Targets across all products
• Achieving targets of collections charges
• Inventory Management Inflow into x Vs Outflow from 30 Monthly targets will be tracked as a %
Qualifications:
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
• Graduation/ Post-Graduation from a recognized institute
• Min 3 years of relevant experience in NBFC/ Banking industry

For successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following:
• Knowledge and understanding of collections & market dynamics
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms
• Should possess operational and system knowledge
• Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language
• Ability to manage complex client situations
• Ability to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environment
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
