Roles and Responsibilities
- Attending walk-ins and closing deals along with proper follow-ups.
- Good understanding of the project, connectivity, social infrastructure & future developments.
- Excellent presentation skills in presenting AV, Model & Sample Flat.
- Dedicated follow-up to ensure ahigher number of revisits at thesite.
- Knowledge of competitors around the project to counter clients queries & guide them.
- Implementation of sales strategies & visualize the sales targets.
- Ensuring month-on-month higher revisit & closure ratio.
- Responsible for achieving monthly sales & collection targets.
- Giving inputs for new campaigns, launches, offers and payment plans requirement.
- Organizing regular customer engagement events at site.
- Connecting existing / new customers for referral / loyalty leads generation.
- Outreach corporate companies to organize Kiosk activity / promotional events.
- Maintaining proper records of client visits & update the same in the system.
- Coordination with sourcing team & their Channel Partners for long term business continuity.
